Science Rules!

Hooray for science! I got a great result today on my experiment, which mean I will get to move onto the next step. This is really exciting for me, as I was kind of in a rut. So I got adequate amounts of protein to do analytical ultracentrifugation, which will help me to determine the stoichiometry of this protein complex. Basically, I'm trying to figure out how many proteins there are in this complex. Days like this make me love science.
